Late Request: Heart and Bunny

requested her OCs Heart and Bunny since forever, but life is always getting in the way. I\'m so sorry for keeping this.

As for her design, I just based it off of the references she gave me. I tried making rain, but it was an epic fail! I still hope you like it!

Loli costumes are difficult. It looks pretty if you have the tools for it, but I just have pencils.
